How White (Raw) is Produced
We dehusk the paddy, mill it to remove the bran layer, then pass the grain through a water polisher twice for a silky finish. Color sorting removes any discolored or chalky kernels. No heat treatment at any stage. This preserves the natural aroma and produces the brightest white color of any 1121 form.
