We are a rice manufacturer. We own and operate a 150 MT/day processing facility in Karachi where paddy arrives, gets dried and stored, then moves through de-husking, milling, polishing, color sorting, grading, and packaging lines. Containers are stuffed and sealed at the mill gate. See our mill page.
Basmati varieties: 1121, Super Kernel, D98. Non-basmati varieties: PK386 fragrant, IRRI-6, IRRI-9. Each variety is processed white, sella (parboiled), or steam, with broken percentages from nil to 100%.
Four milling grades: Brown Rice (hull removed, bran intact), Reasonably Well Milled (partial bran removal), Extra Well Milled (further bran and germ removal), and Silky Polished (full bran removal plus polishing). Grade selection depends on variety and destination market preference.
Six certifications: ISO 22000 (food safety management), ISO 9001 (quality management), HACCP, GMP, Halal, and FDA Registered. Three registrations: GACC (China Customs), REAP (Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan), and KCCI (Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
Yes. We print buyer artwork on 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg, and 50 kg bags at our mill. Bag types: printed PP woven, woven with inner poly liner, or jute. MOQ applies per bag size. See private label.
We screen paddy intake and finished rice using LC-MS/MS detection by approved third-party bodies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek). Pre-shipment samples are drawn and screened by these bodies. Our first-pass inspection rate is 99%. We report fewer instances of EU RASFF alerts against Pakistan than against other origins in recent years.
One 20-foot FCL (25-27 metric tons) per variety. Pre-shipment inspection included subject to MOQ: 5 FCL basmati, 10 FCL non-basmati. Below MOQ, inspection is available at buyer cost.
