What GACC Registration Means for Your China Shipment
GACC is the General Administration of Customs of China. Every foreign mill that exports food to China must hold a GACC registration tied to its facility. Our number is CPAK08012403070041.
Registration is mill-specific. It means our Karachi facility passed China's facility, food safety, and traceability requirements. Without it, your container cannot clear a Chinese port. We hold it, so your IRRI-6 and broken rice ships and clears CIQ at destination. Pakistan and China signed a rice protocol that lets GACC registered Pakistani mills ship to China. Commercial demand sits on IRRI-6 and broken rice, not basmati.
CIQ at destination
China Inspection and Quarantine checks your container at the Chinese port: documents, container condition, fumigation, and phytosanitary status. Our GACC number on the invoice and a clean phytosanitary certificate move it through.
Documents
Each shipment carries a Bill of Lading, commercial invoice with our GACC number, packing list, Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary certificate, and fumigation certificate.

How We Ship Rice to China: 4 Steps
GACC Rice Export FAQ
Our GACC registration number is CPAK08012403070041, registered to HAS Rice Pakistan (Haroon Abdul Sattar Trading). It appears on every commercial invoice we issue for China shipments. It is the registration that lets our rice clear a Chinese port.
Minimum order is 5 x 20' FCL for non-basmati rice (about 135 MT). Each 20' FCL holds 25 to 27 MT in 50 kg PP bags. Rice ships in 20' containers only.
IRRI-6 white (5% and 15% broken) and 100% broken white rice. China's commercial demand is non-basmati, so we do not ship basmati to China in volume. FOB Karachi from $325/MT (indicative).
Transit from Karachi to Shanghai runs 14 to 18 days. Ocean freight adds roughly $55/MT. We confirm the exact freight in your quote, valid 48 hours.
