HAS Rice Pakistan is a family-owned rice processing and export company based in Karachi. Our family has been in the food commodity trade since 1962. We started exporting rice in 2005 and have shipped to 50+ countries across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, China, and the Americas.

We own and operate a 150 MT/day rice processing facility in Karachi. We source paddy directly from farmers in Punjab and Sindh, process it at our mill, and export finished product FOB Karachi or CNF to your port. We offer both basmati rice and non-basmati long grain rice, plus wholesale container pricing for bulk buyers.

Every shipment includes full export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, and pre-shipment inspection certificate (SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek).

What is the minimum order quantity?

Basmati rice: 2 x 20' FCL (~54 MT). Non-basmati rice (IRRI-6, IRRI-9, PK386): 5 x 20' FCL (~135 MT). Each 20-foot container holds 25-27 MT. In 50 kg bags, that is 500-540 bags per container.

What payment terms do you offer?

L/C at sight (irrevocable, preferred for first orders) or T/T (30% advance + 70% against bill of lading copy). We accept payment in USD. Proforma invoice issued same day as inquiry confirmation.

Do you provide pre-shipment inspection?

Yes. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek is included subject to MOQ: 5 x 20' FCL for basmati, 10 x 20' FCL for non-basmati. For smaller orders, inspection is available at buyer's cost. Our first-pass inspection rate is 99%.

Can you supply private label packaging?

Yes. We offer complete private label services from 5 kg retail to 50 kg wholesale bags. Custom design, printing, nutritional panels, and barcode placement. MOQ for BOPP laminated bags: 15,000 bags. MOQ for non-woven bags: 5,000 bags.
