Send an RFQ with your target variety, quantity in 20' FCL units, destination port, preferred packaging (5, 10, 25, or 50 kg), and incoterm (FOB or CNF). We reply within 24 business hours with a confirmed proforma valid 48 hours. Accept with L/C at sight or 30% T/T, we ship on your booked vessel or ours, and documents follow the BL. MOQ is 2 FCL for basmati or 5 FCL for non-basmati.
Export orders are not placed through a cart; they are placed through an RFQ because every shipment is built to the buyer's variety, grade, broken percentage, polishing, packaging, and destination. Minimum is 2 x 20' FCL (~54 MT) for basmati (1121, Super Kernel, D98) or 5 x 20' FCL (~135 MT) for non-basmati (PK386, IRRI-6, IRRI-9). A single container holds 500-540 bags of 50 kg, or 1,000-1,080 bags of 25 kg. Pre-shipment inspection included subject to MOQ: 5 FCL basmati, 10 FCL non-basmati.
