The Council members whose terms have concluded include Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi, Maulana Dr. Abul Hasan Muhammad Shah Al-Azhari, Maulana Sahibzada Junaid Amin, Maulana Syed Ziaullah Shah Bukhari, Dr. Umair Mahmood Siddiqui, Dr. Pir Syed Muhammad Habib Irfani, Mufti Muhammad Zubair, Allama Dr. Muhammad Hussain Akbar, Maulana Hamid-ul-Haq Haqqani, Sahibzada Muhammad Hasan Haseeb-ur-Rehman, and Maulana Naseem Ali Shah.
