18 December 2023, Vietnam: The International Festival of Vietnam Rice Industry – Hau Giang 2023 officially opened on December 12, at Hoa Binh Square, Vi Thanh city, Hau Giang province. The event was attended by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and other high-ranking officials.

The festival also includes the Hau Giang Province Young Professional Farmers Competition and international conferences on food, rice market, science, and technology innovation.
