Good news for consumers as rice prices in the market have significantly decreased over the past month, making essential food items more accessible and affordable. The price range now varies from a minimum of 40 rupees to a maximum of 70 rupees per kilogram.

Tota Basmati Rice

Among all varieties, Tota Basmati rice has seen the most significant reduction, dropping from 250 to 180 rupees per kilogram. This decrease of 70 rupees per kilogram offers substantial relief to consumers.

Special Biryani Rice

The price of Special Biryani rice has also become more affordable, decreasing from 270 to 220 rupees per kilogram. This reduction of 50 rupees per kilogram makes it a more budget-friendly option.

Super Kernel Basmati Rice

Super Kernel Basmati rice, known for its quality, has seen a price reduction of 40 rupees per kilogram. It is now priced at 280 rupees per kilogram, compared to the previous 320 rupees.

Sila Rice

Sila Basmati rice has experienced a significant reduction of 60 rupees per kilogram. It is now priced at 310 rupees per kilogram, dropping from the previous price of 370 rupees.

Old Super-Tainted Rice

The price of old super-tainted rice has decreased from 280 to 245 rupees per kilogram. Similarly, stained rice is now more affordable, priced at 200 rupees per kilogram compared to the previous price of 230 rupees.

These substantial reductions in rice prices provide much-needed relief to consumers, making essential food items more accessible and budget-friendly.
