Caretaker Minister for National Food Security and Research Dr. Kausar Abdullah Malik has assured that Pakistan has an abundant supply of wheat. Speaking at the National Kissan Convention in Islamabad today, he emphasized that Pakistan has the capability to not only meet its own food requirements but also export essential food items like wheat and rice in the near future.

Recognizing the importance of agriculture in Pakistan’s economy, he stated that any obstacles hindering the growth of the agricultural sector will be prioritized and eliminated.
