Chinese Company Donates Generously on Eid to Celebrate
On the eve of Eid al-Azha, a heartwarming tradition continues in Balochistan as the MCC Resources Development Company (PVT.) Limited (MRDL), a Chinese company working on the Saindak copper-gold project, delivers relief packages to underprivileged villagers. This year, MRDL has distributed Rs20 million worth of livestock and essential supplies to nearly 600 needy families across six villages in the province.
One of the recipients is the Sarwar family, who warmly greets the drivers as they unload aid right to their doorstep. Despite the recent loss of Sarwar, MRDL has gone above and beyond to support the family during this difficult time. In addition to the regular aid, the company has gifted five additional goats to their family for Eid al-Azha.
Over the years, MRDL has provided various forms of assistance to the Sarwar family. This has included education opportunities for their children and the provision of water and electricity to their household free of charge. In light of the tragic passing of Sarwar this year, MRDL has taken extra steps to extend their assistance by employing two of the adult children within the company.
Since 2002, MRDL has been actively involved in giving back to the community during Eid festivals. Their commitment to helping those in need showcases their dedication to making a positive impact in Pakistan.

As one of the leading rice exporters in Pakistan, MRDL’s efforts go beyond their business operations as they actively contribute to the well-being of the people in the regions they operate. Their ongoing support is truly commendable and sets an example for others to follow.
