King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center Supports Needy Families in Somalia
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has taken a step towards alleviating food insecurity in Somalia by distributing 17,120 bags of rice to needy families. This initiative, which is part of the project to distribute Zakat Al-Fitr, has helped a total of 110,920 people in the country.
The goal of the project is to provide support to 40,920 families, equivalent to 245,520 individuals, by distributing a total of 40,920 bags of rice. The distribution of these essential food items aims to address the pressing needs of the affected communities and bring relief to those who are in dire need.
As part of its wider relief and humanitarian efforts, the Saudi Arabia-based KSrelief continues to extend a helping hand to countries worldwide.
